GREEN GODDESS HERBED VINAIGRETTE

Prepare homemade vinaigrette to dress salad greens and vegetable salads or use as simple marinade for chicken, steak or shrimp before grilling.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large lemon (juice and zest*)
  • ½ cup of coconut oil
  • ¼ cup of Infusious Olive Oil (2 oz)
  • ½ cup of white wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • ¼ cup parsley finely chopped
  • ¼ cup basil finely chopped
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ avocado
  • ½ tspn Salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tspn Pepper (or to taste)

Instructions

  • In a food processor or blender, combine ALL of the ingredients and puree until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour over your favorite green or pasta salad and ENJOY!!!

*ZEST = lightly grate the skin of a citrus fruit*
