GREEN GODDESS HERBED VINAIGRETTE
Prepare homemade vinaigrette to dress salad greens and vegetable salads or use as simple marinade for chicken, steak or shrimp before grilling.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 large lemon (juice and zest*)
- ½ cup of coconut oil
- ¼ cup of Infusious Olive Oil (2 oz)
- ½ cup of white wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
- ¼ cup parsley finely chopped
- ¼ cup basil finely chopped
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ avocado
- ½ tspn Salt (or to taste)
- ½ tspn Pepper (or to taste)
Instructions
- In a food processor or blender, combine ALL of the ingredients and puree until smooth and creamy.
- Pour over your favorite green or pasta salad and ENJOY!!!
*ZEST = lightly grate the skin of a citrus fruit*
